Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

2. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

3. Returning the goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Important: Returns will only be accepted if the goods are unopened, in the original packaging and unused. Opened or used products cannot be returned.

4. Cost of return

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

5. Refund

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the return. The refund will be made via the originally used payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
